In the first five months of 2014, Chineham Park has confirmed five new contracts and lease extensions.

Sensus,
a global clean technology solutions company offering smart meters,
communication systems, software and services for the electric, gas, and
water industries, has acquired 7,100 sq ft at Unit 3 Lindenwood whilst
Arjo Wiggins has committed for a further five years at Unit 4
Lindenwood. Gist has also extended their 28,000 sq ft lease in Rosewood
until 2019.
